La Ree Norma Barratt Fraser was born 29 November 1908 in Winder Ward, Salt Lake, Utah to John Gilbert and Ethel Agnes Hamilton Barratt.
She married Vane Alvin Fraser 28 October 1931 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. They are the parents of Lynn Barratt Fraser, Norma, and Debra.
La Ree died 14 January 1990 in Tooele, Tooele, Utah and was buried at Elysian Burial Gardens on 18 January 1990.
